Exchanges and returns

 

Do you wish to return an item?

You have the right to change your mind, not like something, or simply change your opinion. However, certain conditions apply:

– Notify us of your return request by including the withdrawal form (found at the bottom of this page) with your return package within 14 days of your order's delivery.

– Items must be returned in their original packaging, with their tags, unworn (no odors), unwashed, undamaged, and unused.

– If you wish to return one or more items for a refund (i.e., no credit note or exchange), and a gift was included in your order, please return it as well with your return.

– Please note that products unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, such as underwear, tights, hair accessories, and earrings, will not be accepted by JULIEMENT DIT.

– JULIEMENT DIT strongly advises its customers to return products via Colissimo or Lettre Max. We remind you that return shipping costs and associated risks are the responsibility of the customer. It is up to the customer to keep all proof of return, which means items should be returned by registered mail or any other method providing a confirmed date for the shipment. Shipping costs (outbound and return) are not refundable. Exceptional case: return shipping costs will be refunded only if it is an error on our part regarding the ordered items (error in model/item/size).

– Refunds are processed upon receipt of the package using the payment method used during the purchase, and only if the return is due to an error on our part. For any other reason for return (e.g., not liking the item), you will receive a credit note to be used on the store within the next 6 months, for the value of the returned item (excluding shipping costs).

– If the original packaging is too damaged, the customer may use their own packaging.

In case of non-compliance with these instructions, the returned item will be considered non-compliant with our return policy.

Did you not receive the correct product?

Please inform us via our contact form or at our email address juliementditcontact@gmail.com by providing your order number and the item concerned; our customer service team will process your request as quickly as possible.

 

Did you receive a defective item?

We are truly sorry. Please also inform us via our contact form or at our email address juliementditcontact@gmail.com by providing your order number and attaching photos of the defective item. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
